The latest Android 4.4 KitKat bundles numerous improvements to keep the fans pleased. Several areas of the popular mobile platform have benefited from updates such as the Google Experience™ launcher, the dialer which now has built-in caller ID, the standard e-mail app on top of new additions like the new screen recording tool.
The built-in Clock app has been redesigned to be visually appealing, but it also got some functionality improvements. The alarm settings can be easily reached by swiping left or right on the clock and setting an alarm is done via a red, rotating time selector instead of manually typing each digit like in previous versions of Android.
You’ll also be receiving a subtle notification two hours before an alarm is set to go off, giving you the option to dismiss it.
